1. Installing the App
The “V3 Mobile Security” app should be downloaded from an official app store like the Google Play Store to ensure its safety. Please verify that it is an official app provided by AhnLab before installing.
Installing apps from unknown sources or through links in text messages is extremely dangerous.
For example, a recent financial scam has involved installing malicious apps disguised as “Citizen Conan,” a leading anti-phishing app provided by the Korean National Police Agency.
2. How to Use the Security Scan
1. Run the downloaded ‘V3 Mobile Security’ app.
2. Click ‘Allow Permissions’ to scan all content on your phone for malware and block it.
