If you call the emergency number (1588-3740) immediately after death, our company’s former specialist doctor will dispatch you to the hospital (home) or funeral home within 1 to 2 hours of receipt.

 

What happens to the payment after the funeral event?

Unlike insurance, mutual aid is subscribed for the main purpose of a funeral event, so the balance must be paid in a lump sum immediately after the funeral event is celebrated.

Therefore, with the subscription of 1 account, the funeral service procedure is extinguished, and the contract for the purchased product is terminated.

 

I am in arrears. What should I do?
